Master Pool And Spa - Rude Office staff, will not alow customer to cancel purchase in 3 days?
Signed a contract at Road Show, ran credit card, agreed to a 4-6 week delivery time. Three days later we got a call from Dave Martin in MN wanting to deliver spa the following week?
this got us thinking? We did more research, and didn't like what we found and called MN and cancelled order, called credit card company filed a dispute also. No one at Master returned my call that third day, (ON PURPOSE), so we called the next morning, after a 23 minute conversation and yelling match we got no where, they WOULDN'T CANCEL CONTRACT OR RETURN MONEY TO CREDIT CARD? We filed complaints with BBB, state of NV, city of Reno, credit card company, etc.
We got two calls from Kevin Wellman, Master Manager in MN.
They both ended the same way, they REFUSED TO CANCEL AGREEMENT? THIS IS AN UNSCRUPOLUS COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!

Master Pool And Spa Cons: I would have given them a minus 5 rating, Experience and being lied to, Company staff in mn, Negative comments by their local service agents.
